Beautifully renovated non-smoking Victorian home in great south Annex location, close to Little Italy. A short walk to the University of Toronto. Close to museums, galleries, bookstores, great restaurants and shopping. Two minute walk to public transportation. Full breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, artisan breads and good coffee. We cater to special diets too. Amenities include pillow top beds, designer bedding and towels, ensuite 4-piece ceramic baths, soaker tubs (some with air jets), colour TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge, telephone and wireless high speed internet. Fax, computer and laundry facilities available; bottled water, parking and tourist information for your convenience. Queen and twin bedrooms, and one-bedroom apartment with queen bed and queen sofa bed. Children are welcome. Portacrib and high chair available in apartment. Reservations cancelled at least 10 days prior to stay will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $2 per day from the date the reservation is made until the cancellation date, with a minimum of $20 or 5% of the total booking, whichever is greater. We regret that for cancellations less than 10 days prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
